What we offer
Our Bird of Prey Educational Visits can be tailor made to fit your exact requirements.
Educational Activities
Children can be split up into groups and rotate round the different stations. Activities include matching feathers to species, dissecting Owl pellets, and having a go at the falconers knot!
Flying Experience
With small enough groups (usually no more than one class size), we allow the children to take part in flying some of the birds of prey for an immersive hands on experience they wont forget!
Flying Displays
For larger groups or full schools we can put on an educational flying display. flying a range of species with a commentary about the birds. An Excellent way to end a full school session or at scouting events!
Bird of prey educational visits to schools
We offer a few different packages for schools.
One Class – One Day only
We can visit a school for just one single class, this would involve the educational activities, a talk on the birds, and (depending on the class size) a flying experience for the children.
Rough Quote – £300
Entire School – One Full Day
We can visit every class in the school all in one day, this would involve a short visit to each class with the educational activities and a small talk on the birds. Ending the day with a flying display for the entire school.
Rough Quote £450
Every class – Full Day Each
Same as the ‘One Class – One Day Only’ we can return and visit every class throughout the week.
